Sodininkų bendrijos narių – skolininkų dėmesiui !
Prašome skubiai sumokėti sodininkų bendrijai „Šarmutas“ skolas už 2014 ir ankstesnius metus: nario bei tikslinius mokesčius ir likusį įsiskolinimą už sunaudotą elektros energiją.
Nesumokėjus skolų iki lapkričio 1 d. prieš skolininkus bus imtasi teisinių priemonių: advokatas paruoš ieškinį teismui, po to vykdomasis raštas dėl priteistos skolos bus perduotas vykdymui anstoliui, kuris išieškojimą nukreips į darbo užmokestį, pensiją, net į nekilnojamąjį turtą.
Todėl laiku nesumokėjus mokesčių, skola pridėjus išlaidas advokatui, teismui, antstoliui gali padidėti kelis kartus,o gal net dar daugiau.
Šis raginimas neliečia daugumą narių, kurie tvarkingai ir laiku sumoka mokesčius.
